Black and White Wednesday
......and, in my dramatic re-emergence into the blogging world, I present...
This is a random bell thingy attached (barely) to my 110 year old house. It's one of the things that makes this house unique, despite all it's crapiness.
I did take a break - I had to recover from illness :-) Thanks! And Amy - I have a feeling I have no choice but to detach the bell... If I sneeze a block away, I'm pretty sure it'll fall off!
When I see this bell, I think I must be living with blinders on sometimes and not viewing things the way I should...Beautiful picture and how nice you noticed it and photographed it and that it hasn't just become something you see everyday....
What a cool and unique looking bell!! Nice shot!
ReplyDeleteYou have to detach this bell from the wall and take it with you when you leave. It's so cool!

ReplyDeletewhat an awesome shot!!! Love it....it's so different. : )
ReplyDeleteI'm so envious that you live in such an old house. I would love nothing more (much to my husband's dismay).
ReplyDeleteThe bell is really wonderful. If it could talk, what would it tell us about its history?
